This is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for 4 people located near the medieval town of Cutigliano in the Apennines mountains. The breathtaking view of the hills is complemented by the surrounding chestnut trees and the large swimming pool to make this the perfect vacation home.



The famous cities of Pisa and Florence are 72 and 90 km away, respectively. Restaurants and supplies are available within 1 km of the home.



The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed. There's also a table tennis table. You're allowed to bring upto 1 pet.

    “Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung. Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gleiches gilt für die gesamte Anlage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die vor Ort wohnen. Nett ist auch ein Tongrill sowie ein Kaminofen für den es kostenfreies Holz gibt. Die Anlage liegt ruhig oberhalb vom Ort, was für Aussicht (vom Pool toller Blick auf die umliegenden Bergketten) und Ruhe schön ist, wer es zentral mag ist hier nicht richtig. Pistoia und Lucca sind in 45min. bzw. einer Stunde zu erreichen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die vielen Honigbienen am Pool, da Bienenstöcke auf dem Gelände stehen. WLAN steht nur im Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung. Dieser ist für Kinder super ausgestattet mit Kicker und Wii. Vorrangig italienische Gäste da gewesen.”

    “Hatten die Wohnung Nr. 10 in der 2.Etage: Fantastischer Ausblick, schöne Wohnung inklusive Heizung, also auch in der Nebensaison zu empfehlen, sehr schöner Pool, Küchenausstattung ist recht spartanisch, würde mir eine Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstens eine große Kanne sowie einen Toaster und ein scharfes kleines Messer wünschen.”
