This modern, detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is in a wonderful location on the edge of the village of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau in Salzburgerland, the valley town of the top ski region Katschberg, and has a large garden. A lot of light pine wood was used for the interior and all 3 floors are modernly furnished.The chalet has a large living/dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, an in-house sauna on the ground floor, a ski room and a sunny terrace. You can park directly at the house.Nestled between the local mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, St. Margarethen im Lungau is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in Salzburg's Lungau in summer. There are around 60 mountain lakes in Salzburg's Lungau, such as the Prebersee or the Schlierersee, the Lungau/Katschberg golf club is in the immediate vicinity of the town center and for swimming fun you can enjoy the St. Margarethen bathing pond, the St. Michael outdoor pool or the bathing island available in Tamsweg.In Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, the Skischaukel Katschberg-Aineck ski area is particularly available. This ski area offers 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 3 additional ski areas in Salzburg's Lungau: the Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski areas with a total of over 200 kilometers of slopes.There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.
