This charming holiday home is located in Saint-Pierre-sur-Dropt very close to Dordogne and Gironde. Private spa and terrasse at your disposal. Ideal for a family, it can host up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms. The river is 1 km away from the home whereas the forest is 5 km away. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are 2 km from the property. The lake is a short drive away from the home, if you would like to spend a day out around the lakeside.A wood stove and electric heating can be used to stay warm inside. You can explore your cooking skills with the barbecue in place. This home provides a high chair and children's bed for your little ones. They provide 2 recliners also.     “Sehr gut ausgestattet, Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr schöne antike Möbel die wunderbar in dieses Landhaus passen. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Pferdekoppeln gleich nebenan, so stelle ich mir Urlaub vor.”

    “Wir haben das perfekte Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die sehr gut funktionierende Heizung in allen Räumen, da es um diese Jahreszeit am Abend und in der Nacht schon empfindlich kalt wird.
    Zur Lage des Hauses ist zu erwähnen, dass es auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit Baumbestand liegt und von Wiesen umgeben ist, die als Pferdekoppel genutzt werden. Der Straßenverkehr, der von der Landstraße 708 zu hören ist, stellt nachts kein Problem dar, da die Fenster über sehr dicke Fensterläden verfügen, die Licht und Lärm völlig ausschließen.”
