High-standard villas in a tropical garden with panoramic views

Casa Teiga is a unique oasis set on a lava field in a spectacular tropical garden of cacti and palms around a sunken lagoon swimming pool that gives you a feeling of sheltered serenity, which is architectural impressive a small paradise where over the years the guests, which have included artists and celebrities have found peace and relaxation while watching the sunsets in tranquil and serene environment.

Casa Teiga is located in the outskirts of Tahiche, a sleepy old village situated in the foothills above Arrecife on the road to the old capital Teguise and its famous weekend market. Tahiche is a quick ride to numerous activities both on land and sea. There are supermarkets, chemists, restaurants and bars all within easy reach. The golf course and the beautiful beaches of Costa Teguise and Famara are just minutes away.

The accomodations are tastefully furnished and maintained to the highest standards with antiques mixed with modern furnishings, artwork from Spanish artists, and of warm colours to make you feel welcome and at home. Also provided are digital TV, satellite connection and CD player. Each property has a full furnished lounge, dining area and kitchen. The garden and pool area are shared among the guests.

International photographers have also found Casa Teiga to be perfect pinturesque backdrop for their magazine, layouts and calendars. It is an ideal location for discerning clientele seeking a unique holiday in magnificent surroundings away from commercial areas, but without isolation. The property was designed and built by the owner and his close personal friend, the renowned Spanish artist Cezar Manrique.

Casa Luna is the smaller villa and disposes of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom en-suite, a second bedroom has two twin beds and a third bedroom has a double bed.
- When 2 persons stay in the villa, they have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom available and the rest of the spacious villa, the other 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom will be closed, if they want to have all the bedrooms and 1 bathroom open it will be 30 euros extra per night.

    “Sehr, sehr schön eingerichtet. Groß und komplett ausgestattet (nur Spülmaschine fehlt).
    Traumhafter Pool und Garten. Die Lage mitten am Rand des schwarzen Lavastroms ist ein Traum. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Bäcker ca. 1 Minute, Restaurant ca. 5 Minuten, Tegise ca. 8 Minuten und Costa Tegise ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.”

    “Wir waren in der Casa Luna zu Gast und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und der Garten sind mehr als liebevoll und schön eingerichtet, die Küche befindet sich in einem super Zustand. Einzig das Doppelbett mit einer Größe von 1,60 m ist etwas zu klein für unseren Geschmack. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, wurden die anderen Zimmer abgeschlossen, so das es für uns keine Alternative mehr gab. Aber das wäre Jammern auf hohen Niveau, denn wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der nächste wirklich große Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Schnellstraße LZ1 erreicht man in zwei Minuten. Trotzdem ist die Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig, man hört nur die Flugzeuge.”

    “Geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail. Ruhige Lage, besonders reizvoll dadurch, dass das Haus mitten in der Lavalandschaft befindet. Garten und Pool im Stil von Manrique bilden ein herrliches Ambiente, in dem man sich sehr gut erholen kann - die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, dem freundlichen Besitzer ist das Wohl seiner Gäste wichtig, er ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort um alle Belange. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Jederzeit wieder! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei ca. 1 km, großer Supermarkt 4 km) in der Nähe. Günstige, relativ zentrale Lage für Ausflüge, Besichtigungen etc. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in max. 30 Min. erreichbar (Fundación C. Manrique im gleichen Ort). Schöne Badestrände ebenfalls in der Nähe, Wandermöglichkeiten. Ein Leihwagen ist jedoch unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert.”

    “Wir hatten von Morgens bis abends Sonnenschein. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten aber man hat alles was man braucht . Der Pool und die Gartenanlage ist super.”
