Holiday house with a view of the mountains and a castle
This is a detached holiday house, surrounded by extensive fields and nature, with a view of mountains and a castle. The house is easy to access and is on a flat plain. A grass track leads you directly into nature, with fields, forests, swamps, rivers and a wide range of flora and fauna.
The house is made of wood and is well-insulated, spacious and beautifully furnished. It has a ground floor with an entrance area, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a sauna. Stairs lead to the upper floor, with a large hallway on the stairwell with seating and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Outside there is a garage and a natural garden. A bicycle is available for going shopping.
The area provides ample opportunity to go e.g. on walks in the mountains. Pakoszow Castle is within walking distance. In the castle there is a luxury restaurant with good Polish-German cuisine. The Piechowice centre is easy to get to by bike or car, with several supermarkets and restaurants. The town Jelenia Gora is a 15-minute drive away, has a historical and quaint centre and also has large supermarkets. In winter you can go skiing or snowboarding at the Sklarska Poreba, Karpac and other ski resorts. Sklarska Poreba is about a 12-minute drive away, so it is not far to the ski piste. In Jakuszyce 18km away there is an extensive cross-country skiing area, where the World Championships are also held.
