This detached cottage-style house has a fantastic location with stunning views! The place Kötschach-Mauthen is very central and all daily necessities, such as the bakery for fresh bread or a visit to the restaurant are within walking distance.

You reach the house through the garden on the south. The cottage has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a bathroom with washing machine. With the stairs you reach a big country-style living room and here you also find the kitchen including a dishwasher. Direct from the living room the patio doors open onto a spacious balcony with views of the Carinthian Alps. Please note: The house is not modern, but rather classic, which is also clear from the photos.

Kötschach-Mauthen offers all amenities including banks, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. The house is detached and quietly located, there is no through traffic. The center is about 4 minutes on foot.
