Located on a large private land villa Corine offers two lovely covered and furnished terraces with stunning wooden finishing, and impressive swimming pool located between the two entrances, surrounded by well maintained garden with delightful Mediterranean plants. Access to the villa Corine in Jurcani is a gravel path with spacious parking lot. The whole house is exquisitely furnished using traditional wooden furniture and massive stone slabs. Two of the five bedrooms have exit to the balcony with a beautiful view. All bedrooms have private shower and toilet. In this magnificent villa in Jurcani pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the agency. The property is designed for groups of families and friends who want to escape from everyday life.

    “Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen: die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage (auf einem Hügel) bietet, obwohl abseits gelegen, einen herrlich weiten Ausblick auf das Meer und lässt im Sonnenuntergang einen Blick bis nach Italien zu. Wir waren auch mit der Küche sehr zufrieden, auch wenn auch größere Schüsseln und Töpfe Mangelware sind. Der offene Kamin im Wohnzimmer sollte nach Rücksprache mit dem Hausbesitzer befeuert werden, damit vermeidet man starke Rauchentwicklung im gesamten Haus ;-) Hervorragend an diesem Objekt war der Grillplatz, der einen Ausflug ins Restaurant unmöglich gemacht hat. Für Badespaß sorgt in diesem Fall nur der Hauspool der vom Hausbesitzer auch promt frisch gefüllt wurde.
    Das positive an der eher abgelegenen Lage ist, alle Gebiete Istriens relativ schnell erreichen zu können. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Auto nicht weit, zu Fuß aber praktisch unmöglich. Wir haben jeden Tag Ausflüge nach Rovinj, Porec und Novigrad gemacht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Da gingen auch alle Einkäufe für das Abendessen mit.”
