This sensational vacation villa is located near the Miraflor golf course and only 300 m from the golf practice course. Enjoy daily swimming fun in the private pool or extensive sunbathing on one of the spacious terraces. The spacious villa on one living level offers luxurious ambience with fully equipped kitchen and modern stylish furnishings. The huge living and dining room with leather sofas and large flat-screen TV leads onto the terrace. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a large smart TV and the en- suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and ground level shower. With separate laundry room for the washer and dryer, and wardrobe. There is also a crib with mattress available. Two additional cribs can be provided upon request and availability. The house has a comprehensive security system, with additional grille on the terrace, so that children do not reach the pool unsupervised. The urbanization Riviera del Sol has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a tennis club with mini golf, gym, bar/restaurant. During your vacation, discover the various attractions of Marbella. Art, architecture and history await you here, as well as long beaches and impressive harbors full of yachts, giving you a glimpse of the luxurious life of the city. The town of Fuengirola, with its many boutiques and wide beaches, has a train station from which trains run hourly to the capital, Málaga. SZ3 has a 3-D TV on which you can receive more than 1000 radio and TV channels.

    “Une maison très bien equipée a tout point de vue. Une literie de qualité remarquable. La maison est en excellent état. D'une propreté impeccable. On est dans du haut niveau. La piscine privée est de dimension tout à fait satisfaisante et très bien entretenue comme le reste de la villa. La voiture est nécessaire pour aller à la plage et faire les courses.”
