This cosy 2-bedroom villa is in Saint-Nectaire. It is ideal for a family with children and can accommodate 4 guests.     “Da sich das Apartment in einer alten Villa befindet, muss man mit nostalgischen Türschlössern, Fensterläden, usw. rechnen, was aber das Wohnen sehr charmant macht. Die Ausstattung ist gut (das WC ist allerdings nur für äußerst schlanke Personen gemacht). Die Wohnung ist trotz alter Bausubstanz sauber. Toll ist die Terrasse mit eigenem Griller, wo man herrlich im Schatten unter Linden verweilen kann. An Wochenenden ist mit etwas Verkehrslärm zu rechnen.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen neben Französisch und Niederländisch auch Seutsch und Englisch.
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Apotheke) befinden sich in direkter Nähe der Villa. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Einige Restaurants befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe”
