Spacious in design, this lovely 1-bedroom cottage is in Brookland (Romney Marsh). It has a private sauna for relaxation, which is suitable for two persons. The cottage is perfect for couples or newlyweds on a romantic holiday.Brookland lies on the Romney Marsh about five miles west of New Romney and is a sparsely populated wetland area. A trip to the beach is an absolute must. Excursions to Hastings or Bexhill-on-Sea, which are two large cities on the southeast coast of England, are excellent. You can also take a trip to London 77 km away. Restaurants, nightlife, and supermarkets lie at 7 km.The summer evenings are enjoyable on the terrace, which has garden furniture and a calming panoramic view. When it starts getting cold outside, you can turn on the electric fireplace to get a warm feeling again.

This is a wonderful lodge for couples to escape from the stresses of modern living.
Relax in your own sauna and spa bath! Sit on your own deck and enjoy a drink and watch the sun go down over the distant hill.

Route description:
From the M20 Ashford exit at junction 10. Follow the A2070 all the way to Brenzett, about 20 minutes journey. At the roundabout, go straight over onto the A259, for Rye and Hastings. At the next roundabout (Brookland) go straight over again, continuing on the A259 towards Rye. After about 2 kms turn right, off a sharp left hand bend. The only sign is Jo's Cafe! Continue down this lane for 2 kms, Puddock Farm is on your left. The farmhouse is straight down the drive on your right.
