In a landscape of rolling hills, wooded valleys, orchards, hop fields, and vineyards, this 3-bedroom cottage is in Brookland (Romney Marsh). The cottage is suitable for a small family or group. Brookland lies on the Romney Marsh about five miles west of New Romney and is a sparsely populated wetland area. A trip to the beach at 10 km is an absolute must. You can also take a trip to London 122 km away. Restaurants and supermarkets lie at 7 km. The nightlife is enjoyable at 11 km. Excursions to Hastings or Bexhill-on-Sea, which are two large cities on the southeast coast of England, are excellent.The cottage is spacious, fully equipped, and suitable for 6 people. You have a double bed and 4 single beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. There is an open equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes. You can linger outdoors with garden furniture.The area has good connectivity. The train station is at 11 km, while the airport is at 117 km.

This is a lovely pine log cabin with country views from your own verandah. You can sit with a drink and watch the sun go down!
We are just one hour from Dover, or half an hour from Eurotunnel at Folkestone.
There are country walks, and lovely beaches just 10 kms away.

Route description:
From the M20 Ashford exit at junction 10. Follow the A2070 all the way to Brenzett, about 20 minutes journey. At the roundabout, go straight over onto the A259, for Rye and Hastings. At the next roundabout (Brookland) go straight over again, continuing on the A259 towards Rye. After about 2 kms turn right, off a sharp left hand bend. The only sign is Jo's Cafe! Continue down this lane for 2 kms, Puddock Farm is on your left. The farmhouse is straight down the drive on your right.
