This charming holiday home is set in the village of Hyltebruk in Halland. The cottage is well kept and perfect for those who want to enjoy the Swedish country side and still be close to the coast and to several towns. A boat is included in the rent and there are many lovely lakes to explore in the area.



The cottage features a kitchen with a woodburning stove and the basic kitchen amenities. In the living room you'll find a TV and a DVD-player, as well as an extra bed. There are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The spacious terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a garden grill. The natural garden plot is all of 3000 square metres.



The closest beach is in Torup, it has a bathing dock and a diving tower. There are a lots of craftsmen in the area, working with ceramics, painting, glass, carpentry, textiles, straw and other types of craft.

The area is full of lakes, woodlands, rivers, and streams. The lakes Färgensjöarna are 7 kilometres away and known for it's fishing. Here it is easy to catch pike, bass, bream, and many other fish. There is a camping area nearby, where you can rent a boat. Stora Bolmen is known for it's beauty and . There's a free ferry that takes you from the mainland to Bolmsö.



Hyltebruk is about a 50-minute drive from the lovely seaside town of Halmstad. Halmstad is one of the most popular summer towns in Sweden. Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, is situated close to Halmstad. Should there be a rainy day you can take the chance to visit Busfabriken, a big indoor playground that is very popular with the young ones.



Falkenberg is another lovely seaside town, also about a 50-minute drive from Hyltebruk.Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's and Borgmästargården. Take a walk along the River Ätran and admire the stunning view. Falkenberg offers shops, restaurants, bars, music events and many other activities. Suseå and Kattegatt offer excellent fishing opportunities. Don't forget to get a permit for fishing in Suseå! Visit one of the nearby golf clubs with their lovely gold courses, the closest one is in Falkenberg. Don't forget to visit the lovely village of Slöinge with it's famous ice cream factory and shop. In Slöinge you will also find Äppelgården, where they serve homemade cider.

    “Die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und die traumhafte Lage. Wetterfeste Kleidung, viel Lektüre (da kein deutsches Fernsehe) / Hytltebruck und Falkenberg ist sehenswert. / In Hytltebruck ist die Pizzeria und das Steakhaus zu empfehlen. Für Outdoorbekleidung Lantmann Hylte.”
