    “Die vorgefundene Wohnung war kleiner als die von uns gebuchte Wohnung. Das Mobiliar war teilweise defekt. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Hundehaare von Vormietern befanden sich nicht nur auf dem Boden, sondern auch auf und in den Schänken verteilt. Mikrowelle und Senseo-Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden, aber nicht zu benutzen (Schimmel etc.). Kalkablagerungen in Bad und Küche, sowie Spinnweben und alter Staub waren gut sichtbar.”

    “Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie den Aufenthalt nicht angetreten haben. Die gebuchte Wohnung entspricht größenmäßig den Angaben. Selbstverständlich können Sie bei Übergabe ein sauberes und einwandfreies Objekt mit intaktem Mobiliar und Inventar erwarten. Eine mögliche Nachreinigung lässt sich bei mangelnder Sauberkeit organisieren. Für uns ist es schwierig den Sachverhalt am Ankunftstag einzuschätzen. Sollte das Verhalten des Vermieters nicht einwandfrei gewesen sein so möchten wir uns dafür vielmals entschuldigen. Ihr Team von Frosch Ferienhäuser”
