Modern Apartment in Kaldanija with Communal Parking

This stylishly furnished, modern apartment in Villa Dino near the town of Umag by the turquoise Adriatic can accommodate a total of 6+2 people. The villa was built in 2006 and extensively modernised in 2013. The site spans a total of 600m². Villa renovated in 2013 with a swimming pool, suitable for trips to the beach, hiking or cycling tours, by the turquoise Adriatic Sea

The largest apartment in the modern villa measures 165m² and occupies the whole ground floor. It has three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a modern kitchen, and a large and a small bathroom. The bedrooms each have a modern and comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes. The big bathroom has a modern and comfortable bath, two washbasins, a toilet and a bidet. The small bathroom features a modern style and provides a toilet, washbasin and shower. The stylish and modern kitchen invites you to engage in culinary endeavours, while you can prepare meals on the luxurious granite worktop. The same spacious room includes the dining space, which is very convenient, with a big dining table and a stylish and modern décor, as well as a comfortable living room area for sociable togetherness, including a TV.

In front of the living room on the ground floor there are a big terrace, a grill area, a garden and a swimming pool. The pool and the site can be illuminated romantically at night. The living room on the ground floor opens directly onto the big, roofed terrace with a dining table and a comfortable summer lounge seating corner. Whether during the day over coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine, you can look out over the luxurious turquoise-coloured pool from the terrace. The flooring around the pool consists of harmonious stone mosaic. The ground floor is surrounded by a beautiful veranda and a well-kept lawn, as well as a grill area. The site has a garage and car parking spaces.

The Istrian peninsula is one of the most beautiful regions on the Adriatic coast. During your stay in the apartment you can get to know the attractions of the region. The nearest beach to the villa is Kanegra, just 7km away. The region invites you to go swimming, diving, sailing, as well as hiking, mountain biking and to relax. Near the charming seaside resort of Savudrija just 9km away on the north-west tip of the peninsula, golfers can enjoy their hobby at the Golf Club Adriatic at the Kempinski Hotel in an idyllic landscape. Owing to the convenient location of the holiday apartment, between Umag and the Slovenian border, as well as near the A9 motorway, it is quick and easy to get to interesting towns worth seeing by car, such as Trieste (Italy), Rovinj and Pula, as well as the region. The nearby romantic artist village of Groznjan is also to be recommended. Istria has been inhabited since the Old Stone Age and over the course of history has attracted many peoples such as the Illyrians, Romans, Venetians, as well as the French, Slavs and Austrians. Owing to the many finds and impressive relics such as the largest Roman amphitheatre, Istria tells the history of interesting and vibrant eras in ancient history.     “Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön.
    Wir waren begeistert von der geräumigen und ordentlichen Einrichtung
    und der wunderschönen Außenanlage.

    Die ZImmer waren sehr gut aufgeteilt, obwohl wir mit 4 Parteien (Familien) gefahren sind,
    konnten wir uns in dem Haus gut aufteilen, sodass auch jede Familie sein eigenes Bad hatte.

    Es war sehr bequem mit Kindern, da diese im Pool planschen konnten und man z. B.
    beim kochen noch alles im Blick hatte.”

    “Sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden Bäder im EG in gutem Zustand, bei den beiden oberen wäre etwas zu machen. Bei uns war es der erste Urlaub als Selbstversorger und ich war positiv überrascht wie toll die Küche ausgestattet war. Hab viel zu viel von zuhause mitgebracht. Der Garten, die Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Parkplatz reicht auch für 3 Autos.”
