The holiday apartment for 1-3 people is quietly situated on the edge of the little village of Zandt (2000 inhabitants, 65km from Regensburg), surrounded by lovely nature with meadows, fields and forests, along with a lovely view of the Bavarian mountains. There are lovely hiking and cycling paths right nearby, as well as places for dogs to run around, as dogs are welcome here. There is also a lovely nature and leisure park, ideal for children and nature lovers.



The apartment (45m²) has three beds. There are a separate living room and bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin. The living room provides a flatscreen TV, Internet access, a dining table for up to three people, a sofa and a fireplace stove. The kitchen includes a two-ring electric stove with an oven, tableware and cookware. A cot and highchair are available, as well as a sledge for the winter.



The apartment has a furnished balcony. A bread rolls delivery service is available from the local baker. The complex has a restaurant with a lovely sun terrace and beer garden, where you can dine a la carte at good prices, and also take dishes away. A breakfast buffet or half board can be booked. The complex has nice sauna facilities and a sports hall (not included in rental price).



The village of Zandt just 800 metres away provides everything you need on holiday: restaurants, a shopping market, doctor, dentist, butcher, massage practice, banks, a petrol station, hairdresser, bowling alleys, sauna facilities, a sports and football ground, carriage rides, e-bike hire. The spa town of Bad Kötzting is just 10 minutes away, with a great swimming and sauna landscape and a casino, as well as the Kurpark. It is 10km to the town of Cham with many shops.



Nearby you can also find lakes for swimming, canoe and boat hire, fishing, riding, many castles, leisure parks, rivers, a lake, museums, many mountains of 1000m, glass blowing factories in Bodenmais and Arnbruck, minigolf, skating, summer tobogganing, well-priced shopping facilities in the Czech Republic (just 25km away), and day trips to Prague, Marienbad, and romantic towns such as Passau, Regensburg and Munich.     “Die FeWo befindet sich am Rand von Zandt, am Ende eines Neubaugebietes, in einem eigens für Urlauber angelegten (kleinen) Dorf. Umlegen von Wiesen und Wäldern. Die Ausschicht ist super und idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Auch für Urlaub mit Hund ist es sehr gut geeignet.

    Das Zimmer war sauber und schön groß und hat einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. In dem Zimmer war soweit alles notwendige (vom Wasserkocher bis zum Fernseher) vorhanden. Einziges Manko war, dass es zum Schlafzimmer keine Tür gibt, sodass wir Abends unser Kind nicht ungestört schlafen legen konnten. Ebenso sind die Zimmer sehr hell, was Abends allerdings störend sein kann.

    “Unterkunft ist funktional eingerichtet und ausgestattet, aber für eine Woche Urlaub mit Hund (mittelgroß) absolut ausreichend. Die Anlage ist ruhig, der Blick von der Terrasse sehr schön.
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch sonst hatten wir eine gute Zeit.
    Evtl. wichtig: der kleine Garten ist schön, liegt aber direkt neben den Gärten der anderen Appartments, abgetrennt durch einen hüfthohen Zaun - man sollte sich also darauf einstellen, dass sich viele Hunde miteinander arrangieren müssen ;-) Das hat bei uns aber super geklappt und war gar kein Problem, so kommt man auch direkt mit den Nachbarn ins Gespräch.”
