Beautiful Villa in Vidauban with Swimming Pool

This delightful villa is set in its own 1,200 m² plot with gate (remote control). It features a spacious covered terrace offering direct access to the heated pool (open from April to October). Ideal dream holidays with family or friends. Pets are not allowed.This villa is located 1 km from the centre of Vidauban. The area is lively and hosts many villages with restaurants and terraces. Every day there is a market to visit. The sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime are just 32 km from the residence.You enter on the middle living floor with a spacious lounge with 3D TV and dining table with 8 chairs. There is a separate, Provence-style kitchen that is excellently equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, a Senseo and induction hobs. On the first floor you will find a loft with a double bed and an adjacent smaller, open-plan room with two single beds; ideal for children. Here you will also find the library/playroom. There is air conditioning throughout the house, except on the lower floor. The swimming pool is secured with an electrically operated cover and the sun terrace has 10 sun beds. There are 3 terraces in total, 2 of which are covered with large sunshades.
