First-floor holiday apartment with modern furnishing

This apartment is in a central, but nevertheless wonderfully quiet location in Braunlage.

The comfortably furnished two-room holiday apartment (60m²) has a combined living room and bedroom with cable TV and a stereo system, a dining corner, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom with a radio alarm. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a washbasin. The apartment is on the first floor.

The apartment also features a balcony. A garage is available for your car or bicycles. Wireless Internet access is available on request, to be booked and paid locally.

The house has a table tennis room, a little fitness room and a ski cellar. Note that there are two other holiday apartments (42m² and 60m²) in the same house, ideal for families/friends, accommodating up to 12 people.

It is about 150-300 metres to the ski lifts and the skateboard alley. There are hiking trails right nearby, as well as shops. It is a maximum of five minutes on foot to the shopping street.

    “Leider führen diese vielen Kleinigkeiten dazu das wir nicht wieder kommen werden für den Preis hätten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Positiv: Das Arpartment ist sehr schön Eingerichtet.
    Küchenausstattung super. Negativ: Sauber war es jedoch nur auf den ersten Blick wir fanden alte gebrauchte Pflaster im Sofa alles Spielzeug unter dem Sofa.
    Der Badezimmervorleger war sehr schmutzig und die Kissen und Deckel waren gelb und fleckig. Leider sind die Nachbarn wohl nicht so freudig Touristen mit Hund zu haben denn bei jeder Begegnung wird man angepöbelt das sie hier Eigentümer sind und das sagen haben.”

    “Sehr zufrieden und sehr empfehlenswert ! Positiv: Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Negativ: Der steile Aufstieg Restaurant: Puppe - Immer gut besucht und nettes Personal. Schnelle Bedienung.Grosse Auswahl im Geschäft. Ausflüge: Wurmberg - Schöne Aussicht und nette Bedienung. Die Gondelbahn ⁷lohn sich.”
