    “Das Objekt besteht aus zwei Häusern, die unmittelbar nebeneinander stehen, jedoch nicht verbunden sind. Beide Häuser sind alt, aber gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die technische Ausstattung ist sehr gut; insbesondere sind auch beide Küchen voll eingerichtet und mit jedem Küchenzubehör ausgestattet, so dass man sehr gut kochen kann. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und der Garten schön angelegt; es gibt viele alte Bäume. Das Grundstück ist nicht überall eingefriedet. Die sehr netten Eigentümer leben auf dem Grundstück und kümmern sich bei Bedarf, aber nicht ungefragt.”
