This is a lovely 4-bedroom villa in Calamane. It has a swimming pool and offers a marvellous view of the surroundings. It is great for two families.The home is 5 km from the medieval town of Cahors, known for its historic 'Pont Valentré', the oldest Gothic fortified bridge in Europe. You can go canoeing, swimming, sailing and jet skiing on the Lot River 3 km away. Medieval towns such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Puy-L'Evèque are within a half-hour's drive. Bergerac, Bordeaux and Sarlat are all well worth a trip. You will find a tennis court, restaurant, and supermarket 4km away.The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair.Brive–Souillac Airport is 80km away.
