The property is located in one of the most distinct areas of the island with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Syros, Tinos with 180 degrees views having a large infinity edged swimming pool.


From the property, Delos is so close that you can enjoy a rare golden sunset over the island and can feel a positive energy drifting across the water. 


The villa has access through a walking distance to a secluded small beach which is protected from the winds in a picturesque giant rocky landscape ideal for walking, taking photographs and swimming offering the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends. 


The villa has 180 degrees sea views, spacious terraces, a large infinity edged swimming pool with a pergola-covered outdoor dining area, huge dining table made of rock for 20 persons, two large built in seating areas and comfortable sun beds.

Cosy modern amenities and elegant decoration with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects gives the villa a unique 'personality'.


The villa is built in 3 floors and can accommodate comfortably eight people. It has modern and elegant wooden furniture and selected decorative items, giving the villa a unique character. The villa has a security surveillance system and is accessed through a controlled sliding gate.


The ground floor has a living room with a sofa suite and satellite TV. There are also three bedrooms on this floor with their own bathrooms and access to the pool area.

The middle floor has a fully-equipped and modern kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Next to it there is another living room with a sofa suite and satellite TV, as well as access to the veranda with a dining table for eight people.


The top floor also has a bedroom with a wonderful sea view. The four bedrooms each have a double bed. The four bathrooms each comprise a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a safety box. Fast wireless Internet is available everywhere.


The villa is only 5km from Mykonos town. The house is very close to Ornos(2,1 km), Agios Ioannis(2,5 kmr), Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located only 3min drive.


In 1,9 km from the villa is an organized kite and widnsurfing school in Korfos bay.


Swimming pool towels are provided.


Maid service and change of linen twice a week.

Additional maid service can be arranged.


An official certificate licence from EOT (Ellinikos Organismos Tourismou) has been issued by the Greek National Tourist Organisation.

The licence is designed to ensure that holiday accommodation is of a sufficient standard and the government is very keen that visitors to the islands can stay in a property that is safe and will give the holidaymakers a good impression of Greek standards. The EOT licence confirms that Calypso Sunset Villa meets the exacting standards of the Greek Tourist board providing all the necessary professional requirements for high hospitally and comfort to visitors all over the world.


The neighbourhood is so quite and tranquility is all over the place. The only noise comes from the sound of the sea and the sea gulls which fly over the swimming pool.

There's a bus transport near the property(1200 meters) from Corfos-Ornos to the Chora which connects to all popular beaches. In Ornos also is a boat transport to all popular beaches.




The infinity pool with direct view of the Aegean sea and the islands of Delos and Tinos, is the highlight of the villa. The property is privileged to offer the best sunset views of Mykonos. All around the pool area, there are 3 lounge spots ideal for relaxed moments or cocktail parties and also a big dining table for up to 20 people.



The outdoor area offers a 180° all-round view and several furnished terraces, an infinity pool with comfortable sunbeds and a roofed dining space, a big stone dining table for 20 people, and two big sitting areas. In front of the house there is a little garden with a grill and a sofa, offering an exceptional sea view. This is also where the parking space is.

The villa is just 4 kilometres from the town of Mykonos. Nearby the villa are Ornos, Platis Yialos and the Psarou beaches. It is a three-minute drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.
