Casale di Cristina is a spacious farmhouse with a beautiful view of the hills and villages typical of the region Marche.
Located about 4 km from the town of Montefano, where you can will find all services, shops and restaurants, it is the perfect place for those who want to explore the region in the best way, but also for guests, who are looking forward to spending a relaxing holiday without leaving home.
The Adriatic coast is about 30 minutes by car, and you will find yourself in one the most beautiful parts of the Adriatic Sea, within the Regional Park of Monte Conero. Sea trips, excursions in the Park, or a game of golf are just some of the things to do there. There are also many beautiful and cultural villages nearby, such as Loreto, whrere one of the most famous cathedrals in Italy is located, Recanati, the bithplace of the poet Leopardi and Macerata – an art city.
The outdoor area, completely fenced, is very functional: the living room overlooking the porch and swimming pool with hydromassage is well furnished. From the kitchen you will easily reach the garden with its outdoor dining area.
Inside: on the ground floor, there is a large living area with fireplace, the kitchen and the dining area are spacious and full of light, then there is the pantry and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, there are 2 double rooms, 2 suites both with a small living room, split into two levels with two single beds on the upper level. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and shower. Finally, there is the master bedroom with en suite shower.
On the ground floor there is a separate independent area that consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, which in low season can be excluded from the rental and from the price.
