    “We encountered many maintenance problems. The filter on
    the pool was not working when we arrived, leaving a layer of scum on the surface of the pool. We
    arrived late Saturday night so there was no contact With the agent until Monday, at which time they
    sent someone immediately, but we were left with no use of the pool for the first 2 days. Shower
    doors broken, lights not working in some rooms, selection of broken cutlery, no comfortable poolside
    furniture, sunbeds were rigid plastic with no mattresses provided. The villa could be lovely with
    the addition of s few thoughtful touches.
    Also the villa had air conditioning unit, which you would expect with a villa of this standard, but
    it was aplenty disconnected. I offered to pay extra for its use but was refused. For this reason
