This is a wonderful 4-bedroom ground floor villa in Moraira to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It features a large private pool and a wonderful south-facing sun terrace with reclining seats. It is ideal for a family, two smaller families or a group travelling together. The gorgeous area is very suitable for long and enjoyable day trips. Restaurants area at 800 m while grocery stores are 2 km away. To get active, you can head to the tennis court or golf course at 1 km. You can visit Guadelest at 50 km, the ultimate Costa Blanca tourist hot spot or the well-known town of Benidorm at 30 km. If you are hooked on the sun, sea, and beach, there is a pleasant seabeach is 3 km. This stay is fitted with electric heating and a fireplace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned which is also served as heating in winter. There is a covered terrace with a lounge area where you can enjoy meals and outdoor living under the pergola. In the fenced, furnished garden, you can gather around the barbecue and enjoy smoked meals with some wine. There is a carport under which you can park your car. There is also a possibility to park the car, without problem, on the street.
