L'agriturismo si trova in una strategica posizione nel Comune di Manciano, a pochi minuti dalle Terme di Saturnia, dal Parco Archeologico di Vulci, dai borghi scavati nel tufo di Pitigliano, Sovana e Sorano, dal Lago di Bolsena, dal Giardino dei Tarocchi.

L’agriturismo fa parte di un’azienda agricola di ha 106 nella quale si producono vino DOC Bianco di Pitigliano e DOC Rosso Vignamurata di Sovana, olio extra-vergine d’oliva IGP in vendita direttamente presso l’agriturismo, cereali, frutta e verdura. L'agriturismo nasce dalla ristrutturazione di un antico casale del 1800, ristrutturato rispettando lo stile architettonico locale , il risparmio idrico ed energetico. Il termocamino con i pannelli solari abbinati ad un riscaldamento a pavimento ci permettono di avere per i mesi invernali le camere sempre ben riscaldate e la produzione di acqua calda costante, il tutto supportato dalla produzione di energia elettrica tramite impianto fotovoltaico. L’agriturismo dispone solamente di 6 camere, di varie tipologie, consentendo così un’accoglienza esclusiva.

Ogni mattina nella sala colazioni viene allestito un ricco buffet preparato esclusivamente con prodotti certificati toscani aziendali e locali: dolci, marmellate, pane, salumi, formaggi, miele, yogurt, cereali , latte, frutta di stagione. L’agriturismo è circondato da un ampio giardino con parco giochi, zona relax, area barbecue e la piscina che si affaccia sul secolare uliveto dal quale si estrae un’eccellente olio extra-vergine d’oliva IGP. Potrete degustare presso la Trattoria La Campigliola piatti della cucina maremmana dove non può mancare la famosa bistecca alla Fiorentina.

Lo staff sul posto propone percorsi trekking con la guida Pietro, passeggiate a cavallo, in bicicletta, trattamenti benessere e un bagno rigenerante nelle calde acque solfuree (37°) delle Terme di Saturnia con le quali sono convenzionati. Soggiorno ideale anche per le vacanze estive dedicate al mare, infatti con brevi spostamenti si possono raggiungere le coste del Monte Argentario, effettuare mini-crociere alle isole di Giannutri, Giglio ed Elba, arrivare fino alle spiagge di Capalbio, Ansedonia e Feniglia.

Agritourism in the Tuscan Maremma between the Etruscans, spas and the sea

Our agriturismo is located in the municipality of Manciano (Province of Grosseto) in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is situated in the open countryside within an organic farm, my family and I live in the agriturismo. It is 1 km from the provincial road and can be reached by a dirt road. It has 5 bedrooms and is completely surrounded by the countryside, guaranteeing relaxation and tranquillity. The village of Manciano is only 10 km away (10 minutes by car).The Star of Betlemm room is on the ground floor with an independent entrance

The Agriturismo is on 2 levels, first floor and ground floor. The ground floor is divided between the Agriturismo and the main house. We find breakfast room and reception, Gorse Room (triple) and the Star of Betlemm Room (quadruple). On the first floor we have 3 rooms divided as follows: Water Violet Room (double bed), Gentian Room (double bed) and Junior Suite Cerato Room (5 beds), in this room, because the ceiling is very high, an additional floor has been created with the bedroom equipped with a double bed and a single bed, also on the ground floor of the room a double sofa bed, private bathroom, terraceIn this room there are: double bed and single bed, table with chairs, bedside tables, wardrobe, double-glazed windows, mosquito nets, blackout blinds, shutters, air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, wireless internet, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit, bed and bathroom linen,24 h underfloor heating.The farmhouse is self-sufficient in the production of hot water thanks to solar panels and in the production of electricity being equipped with a photovoltaic system. In addition, a beautiful thermo-fireplace allows the entire underfloor heating system to function.
