The house is located in a privileged location in the historical town of Pollença at just 160yards (150m) from the ancient Roman bridge. Several supermarkets, grocery stores, a pharmacy, as well as several bars, restaurants and many kinds of shops are in a range of 2min walk. Main town square (Plaza Mayor) is found at approx. 440yards (400m). The beginning of the famous Calvary´s stairs is also about 440yards. The house has been fully refurbished to give it a more modern look. House is equipped with WIFI internet.
Pollensa offers visitors a combination of sea and mountain hard to match. An ideal place for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. It is also ideal for those interested in cycling. The village is just six kilometers from the beaches of Cala San Vincenç (Cala San Vicente) and the Port of Pollença, and is within the Sierra de Tramuntana, amid beautiful scenery. Pollença is a town full of tradition and renowned festivals such as Easter processions of Calvary, the festival of Moors and Christians and "The Patron" (from July 27 to Aug 2). Every Sunday morning there is a pretty market town in the central square (5 min). In addition to several art galleries, cultural attractions of the town during the summer is very abundant, highlighting the famous international music festival of Pollença, where each week during the summer months some Orchestra acts, band or soloist of international renown.
