    “Der Ort liegt sehr ruhig in den Bergen. Man muss gewohnt sein, kleine, enge Bergstraßen mit dem Auto zu fahren. Die einzige Dorfgaststätte mit einem netten Wirt ist leider nur an den Wochenenden geöffnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht, man sollte sich vor Anreise in einem der Supermärkte in Imperia gut eindecken. Auch die Wandermöglichkeiten sind relativ beschränkt, die Eselspfade sind oft nur unzureichend oder auch gar nicht Beschildert. Zum nächsten Badestrand nach Imperia sind es eine halbe stunde Fahrzeit. Tavole liegt in einer wunderschönen grünen, mit Olivenhainen umgebenen Landschaft und wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, der ist hier vollkommen richtig.”

    “Tavole ist sehr beschaulich, aber als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren sehr gut geeignet. Die Fahrt zum Meer ist aufgrund der engen Serpentinen etwas umständlich und dauert ca. 30 min.
    Die Osteria am Ort nennt sich "Al Teatro" und hat eine tolle ligurische Küche.”
