The "Hyggehus", completed in summer 2021, with its approximately 88m² living space, impresses with its special, Scandinavian charm. The furnishings of the house are in a modern, cozy design. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a hyggelig and bright atmosphere. The living room is divided into a living area and a dining area with a high chair for our little guests. It offers a flat screen TV and a Bose sound system for Magenta TV and for streaming your favorite music. You will also find board games for young and old here. Between the entrances to the spacious terrace there is a fireplace for cozy hours on cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with everything a modern family expects. Refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, egg cooker, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer combination leave nothing to be desired. The "Hyggehus" offers two bathrooms: on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and Infrared heat cabin and a bathtub on the first floor. On the upper floor there are two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one equipped with a box spring double bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable armchair that can be converted into a lounger, as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a baby travel bed with mattress for our little guests. Comfortable garden furniture and a parasol are of course available and with the Weber electric grill you can quickly organize a delicious barbecue. A large green area adjoins the terrace, which can also be used for playing. The house has a free parking space and a lockable shed. Clothes rack, grill, patio furniture and parasol are stored here. The handcart is not only suitable for going to the nearby beach, but also excellent for shopping. There is still enough space for bicycles and similar leisure equipment.
